  1. This has been going on for years and no one cared… Nothing is going to come out of this.

Nonsense, if the guidelines are so important why weren’t they followed…….this treatment of seniors is absolute cruelty..its obvious that the facilities do not seem to care or follow any GUIDELINES otherwise no one should have been left to die..all long term care facilities should care for the elderly as their primary responsibility and not the profit or salary factor as their primary goal…would a higher salary motivate them to offer help and fulfill the fiduciary duty they are hired to perform…these long term facilities need strict enforcements, need to be inspected every month and monitored to ensure there is no neglect or lack of care given..
