If I can afford a 4 to 5 million dollars a year mortgage ,am not buying a NHT Home these homes are for Doctors , lawyers an C.e.o this has been going on for far too long ,The NHT needs too be dismantled immediately an we come with something different for the majority.
Same thing happening in the US. The working class is being pushed out of the housing market.

4 million dollar a year wow. Nurses barely making over 1 million a year. How do they expect people to live π€. Them want civil servant to only get applauded and well done with no real money and benefits but when its come to something as simple as housing arrangement nobody looks out for them. Good God man shame on you NHT tax is a must for these persons. I always see these poor nurses on the road side sometimes even in rain looking a bus cause most can’t afford a car not to mention a house much less 4 million a year earning. This government is not for us and never will be

There r always making it sound like it 123 to get a house wen they make it so hard .them loan threshold cant even buy a gud piece of land much less to buy a house .wen government raise that threshold di private market raise there price so it makes no difference

The trust was made and mandated to build and supply housing at reasonably prices to its contributors ect. and it has strayed far from that but the Government the housing ministry, developers and bankers plays a major part in the price of its units as long as it is providing affordable units to its members and doctors and lawyers are also members.
