Governor Kathy Hochul declared a state of emergency in New York as a potentially historic lake-effect snowstorm hits the western part of the state.

While the weather service said up to 4 feet was possible in some areas, AccuWeather said an incredible 6 feet of snow was not outside the realm of possibility.
"Buffalo and its southern suburbs may receive as much as 3 to 6 feet of snow by Sunday," AccuWeather meteorologist Matt Benz said, adding that the heaviest snow may fall over two stretches – Thursday night into Friday and Saturday into Saturday night. "These two periods will likely feature the worst conditions of this event."

So the title is all the information I’ll get off this video? How about some context
My throats exactly. It just looks like a movie montage.
@Kiri cuomo Throats? You have more than one? I’d think snow in the video would be all one needs :/
So it begins…
Very informative video. I had to pause and rewind a few times to take it all in.

I thought Florida was the only state that gets natural disasters!!! 😱😱😱😒😒 *Sarcastic voice*
The dramatic music is very annoying.
The snow is beautiful
Hello Nancy, how are you doing?
In about two years hubby and I are moving up north. We can’t decide between Massachusetts, New York or Pennsylvania. I absolutely love snow, and I think he does too. He’s from England. Back in the early and late 2000’s I lived in Mass. I miss it up that way. Winters here in Kentucky suck (very little snow) and the summers are too hot.
I do see many of the trees still have leaves on them. That is not good.
pretty sure they’ll blame this on,, global warming 🤣
