A cop getting scammed. This is a great day
Scammers are way more prevalent across Canada more than ever nowadays, making it appear as though the authorities is incapable to take effective actions when it does occur, main reason why I don’t even trust stuff like “E-Transfers” anymore. How many more cops does it take to make this issue relevant nowadays..
Someone had an apartment that was next door to me listed on marketplace and I asked the person if they had their place for rent and they said no! I showed them the ad and they were shocked that the person had photos of the inside of their suite! Criminals are too brazen these days!
Attempting scamming should be punishable, just like attempted murder.
