@Marci LK Don’t have proof, but rumor is that he’s destroyed some transcripts of Trumps conversations and the Mueller investigation documents. That is why he is refusing to provide them to the congress. The fact is he has shown willingness to protect his president through all means necessary, so destroying some documents would not be so far-fetched. Obstruction of justice is evident anyway, when he has hided documents from congress, lying to congress, helping hide crimes of Donald Trump etc.
