It does highlight the appallingly corrupt political system in America. I can’t imagine how it must feel after nearly 4 years of stomach churning Trump to be offered the only alternative in Biden.
It’s like a sick joke but it’s clear that the Dems would rather Trump than any of their own progressives. The powers that rule the US want the status quo, they want the endless losing wars and the regular taxpayer funded corporate bailouts. They could care less about the inequality, the lack of healthcare, the poor life expectancy (only ranked 46th in the world).

But what I said is true, polls this early are just a snapshot based on the current news cycle. November will be different. If I were a Trump supporter I’d be encouraged he’s only down 8-10 points given the clusterfuck he pulled with the pandemic. The trouble is, he didn’t learn a thing, he’s doubling down on the crazy.
