There was Sikh in Ontario who turban cause his death,so sometimes it does matter. Plus at my work place I can’t wear jewelry, but some religions get a pass on that. So the rules on the job should come first not religious beliefs.

provincial rights. That’s the beauty of having multiple provinces. They have differing laws and values. Lots to choose from. Some guy in Calgary has no right to interfere and try to repeal a law that was granted royal assent and has popular support within Quebec. And if BC wants to impose a carbon tax or ban straws, I may not like it but I don’t live there and they have every right to do that.
