The movie ticket subscription service originally launched in 2011 and saw rapid growth when it began allowing subscribers to view one movie per day for $10 a month. The price drop helped the company reach 3 million subscribers but dug the company into a financial hole. It shut down three years ago.

Now MoviePass is hoping cinephiles will give it a second chance after MoviePass co-founder Stacy Spikes bought the company out of bankruptcy last year.

  1. I was interested in your story but because I’m blind I didn’t learn any information at all just some music play it would’ve been nice if there was some sort of commentary to go with the video I’m not sure if that’s something you’re capable of doing but if you can consider people with disabilities or in my case people with visual difficulties that would be great, thank you for taking the time to consider my request , respectfully, visually impaired guy 🙂
