  1. Reading I
    Acts 6:8-15
Stephen, filled with grace and power,
was working great wonders and signs among the people.
Certain members of the so-called Synagogue of Freedmen,
    Cyreneans, and Alexandrians,
and people from Cilicia and Asia,
came forward and debated with Stephen,
but they could not withstand the wisdom and the Spirit with which he spoke.
Then they instigated some men to say,
“We have heard him speaking blasphemous words
    against Moses and God.”
They stirred up the people, the elders, and the scribes,
    accosted him, seized him,
and brought him before the Sanhedrin.
They presented false witnesses who testified,
“This man never stops saying things against this holy place and the law.
For we have heard him claim
that this Jesus the Nazorean will destroy this place
and change the customs that Moses handed down to us.”
All those who sat in the Sanhedrin looked intently at him
and saw that his face was like the face of an angel.

    Responsorial Psalm
    119:23-24, 26-27, 29-30
    R. (1ab) Blessed are they who follow the law of the Lord!
    or:
    R. Alleluia.
Though princes meet and talk against me,
your servant meditates on your statutes.
    Yes, your decrees are my delight;
    they are my counselors.
    R. Blessed are they who follow the law of the Lord!
    or:
    R. Alleluia.
    I declared my ways, and you answered me;
    teach me your statutes.
Make me understand the way of your precepts,
and I will meditate on your wondrous deeds.
    R. Blessed are they who follow the law of the Lord!
    or:
    R. Alleluia.
Remove from me the way of falsehood,
and favor me with your law.
    The way of truth I have chosen;
I have set your ordinances before me.
    R. Blessed are they who follow the law of the Lord!
    or:
    R. Alleluia.

    Alleluia
    Mt 4:4b
    R. Alleluia, alleluia.
One does not live on bread alone
but on every word that comes forth from the mouth of God.
    R. Alleluia, alleluia.

    Gospel
    Jn 6:22-29
[After Jesus had fed the five thousand men, his disciples saw him walking on the sea.]
The next day, the crowd that remained across the sea
saw that there had been only one boat there,
and that Jesus had not gone along with his disciples in the boat,
but only his disciples had left.
    Other boats came from Tiberias
near the place where they had eaten the bread
    when the Lord gave thanks.
When the crowd saw that neither Jesus nor his disciples were there,
    they themselves got into boats
and came to Capernaum looking for Jesus.
And when they found him across the sea they said to him,
“Rabbi, when did you get here?”
    Jesus answered them and said,
“Amen, amen, I say to you, you are looking for me
    not because you saw signs
but because you ate the loaves and were filled.
Do not work for food that perishes
but for the food that endures for eternal life,
which the Son of Man will give you.
For on him the Father, God, has set his seal.”
    So they said to him,
“What can we do to accomplish the works of God?”
Jesus answered and said to them,
“This is the work of God, that you believe in the one he sent.”..

    1. @Tom Joshua
I don’t keep up with all this political stuff so I’m not sure what you’re trying to show me

Don’t be so angry mate life is to short to get mad something as silly as a YouTube comment 🤭

  2. They’re still trying to push this nonsense? But I thought the magic shots and boosters keep you safe 😂

    1. Try watching the video instead of posting an ignorant comment and scrolling away.

  3. Thanks. This reporting is really important. Amongst all the deniers and those who think the disease has gone away, there are still people suffering the consequences of their infections.

    1. @Barni Granero right? You can thank the Democratic Party for that not happening. That was racist and xenophobic remember?

    2. I wait patiently for the crimes against humanity charges. Until then, I shall sit and watch.

  4. It is good for the hospital for focusing on the long-term effects of Covid since most of us who were infected with covid may develop organ malfunctions in the near future. MI leads to HF, which can lead to AKI and possible CKD.

    1. @ArKTeKIcE ` You statements are very confusing for me? Am I suggesting the drug in my first statement?

  5. She has anxiety and ptsd, I had the same thing and went to get mental health help and got the right help.

    1. That is your situation and not everyone’s. But I’m glad what you did worked out for you

  6. Do not move to SC. I’m originally from CT and on SSDI for bone n joint arthritis. Drs are farther apart down here and laid back. Once you’re on a fixed income and not putting into society it makes you wonder if Drs are weeding out society..

    1. Why have you lost respect? I am in the middle of listening. Did he say anything stupid? I thought the idea is to make people aware.

    2. @Zeenat Khan He is a liar. Joe Rogan exposed him. Sanjay admitted on Rogan’s show Ivermectin isn’t horse de-wormer. Look it up.

  7. “Mount Sinai launches post-Covid care center for long-haulers” so let’s #ConvinceItForward

    1. @Jordyn Vargas , I am simply wonderfully hungry and hope you, Jordyn, and others reading my comment at the top, also have a healthy appetite too. So how are you ?

    2. @Jordyn Vargas , your not being able to reply appropriately over the past 5 minutes since being greeted here means, Jordyn, you’re #StatCOVID19Test **positive** indicating that it’s possible you’re unwittingly contagious (i.e. pre-symptomatic) needing to call your doctor and to self-quarantine per CDC guidelines.

  8. The UK has found that 75% of those hospitalized for Covid-19 are sick a year later. We don’t have a good estimate yet for the numbers of people with mild symptoms. This isn’t unusual, post-viral infection syndrome has been recognized for a long time. It’s just that so many people were sick from this that we’ve experiencing a huge wave of disabled people. If given co-ordinated treatment by a team of specialists working together on this one illness, many could recover a lot of function but in the US healthcare system, that’s going to be rare.

  9. I’m a long-haulers after a year, and every time I ran or doing something fast, I’m kept coughing after.

  10. I’m a Long-hauler. I got Covid 2 times in 2020. It attacked my leg muscles and tendons and left me with a face rash that still won’t go away 2 years later. Me, personally, I think the virus is still in my body. How can we find out about this new Mount Sinai care center?

    1. I have Long Covid too. I have had a hard time getting doctors to understand the mussel problem, a neurologist I know said it may be the virus or my immune systems reaction has damaged the sheath protecting the nerves causing cross messaging.

  11. This is the first time I’ve heard someone say the vaccine definitively reduces your chance of Long Covid. Before, it was just given as an unknown but “probably” scenario. Not wanting Long Covid has been my primary reason for taking the vaccines. I’m overdue for my 2nd booster because I started to think vaccines don’t prevent Long Covid.

    1. I am holding off on a second booster until there is either another wave or a booster which targets Omicron.

    2. I am one of those few individuals who hasn’t gotten covid but the fact that I am vaccinated and also bolster makes me feel more confident about my outcomes in the future. Nothing is guaranteed but I feel confident with my choice. I definitely don’t want to take a chance with long covid.

  12. We are going to see a lot more people suffering from long covid for many years. Also a lot neurological issues.
