If the vaccines are safe every business or government entity that mandates them should be civilly liable for any adverse reaction that people have from getting the shot.
You can always sue but you have to prove liability. The full approval makes that much harder/impossible. A far easier case is made for liability when business or government entities allow unvaccinated to do harm other employees. It’s case of an unsafe workplace.
The flip side is the risk/liability due as a result of letting the unvaccinated/un-masked transmit covid within your businesses. This is especially concerning given that there is now an effective and fully approved vaccine. Balance of risks favours vaccination plus masks, shields, ventilation, screening and other forms of prevention.
