What y’all need to do is work with the younger youths that they don’t go down this road, because when they go down the road of crime there is no turning back. Go to the primary school’s interact with the youths encourage them let them know that is better days ahead and what they can achieve with a good education, because some of them experience crime in their communities and children learn what they see.
It’s expensive and mostly doesn’t work. Scammers make more money than the law abiding citizen and gets more respect and loved by their communities . You can’t provide an alternative other than to break down the communities for their immoralities .
