Shayne Punim I said that the police were in the wrong by using excessive force (read my comment above). He was forging a check, which is what caused the police to go after him in the first place.

He died at the hospital, huh. Sure looked like he was gone while he had a knee in his neck.
Unless he has signs that are incompatible with life paramedic will continue to try and revive the person. Depend on local protocol many places will transport and CPR efforts will be ceased at the hospital. When CPR is ceased time of death will be called. So legally yes he died at the hospital but he was still murdered while he was laying on the ground with that pos knee in his neck.
Yeah, he cut of his jugular, so he’d probably be brain dead by he time paramedics arrived.
