@T Fox Oh please tell me WHAT election laws were changed in Michigan in violation of the constitution? The people of Michigan voted years ago to expand mail in voting 67% to 33% in favor. With Covid numbers climbing, Michigan chose to make it easier for people to request an absentee ballot which in order to get, you had to verify you were a legally registered voter. So you think it’s ok for another state to change another state’s vote count AGAINST the will of the people who voted? And no corruption has been proven in the state of Michigan so do you even have a clue as to what you are talking about?

One state can’t sue other states because they didn’t like the way they voted
Anyone or any entity can file a lawsuit for any reason. And the other party must respond so as not to be in default. The suit can be dismissed quickly on the basis of lack of standing, a statute of limitations, or motion for summary judgment, etc. The prevailing party may even be entitled to reimbursement of legal fees and costs. But that doesn’t mean the ridiculous process can’t go forward even when it’s litigious, frivolous, or meritless, like virtually all of these Trump petitions. The Trumplicans are litigious, vindictive, court mongering, power grabbers.

I live in Texas. Moved here 5 years ago. Most of my friends are good but there is this underlying truth that Texas is the best. Personally I don’t understand it. Elections here are difficult because mail in ballets are for 70 and above I believe. We could vote early but it had to be in person. It was nerve racking waiting in line with a mask keeping myself and others safe.
But I was going to vote no matter what, and no matter the outcome of the results for the 39 electoral college points from Texas. I needed to know I was trying to voice my choice.
The past 5 weeks have been far worse then the past 4 years with the current leadership and even the past 10 months because of Covid19. The past 5 weeks makes me sad and more scared of the future. The chaos continues with no end in sight.

@Nikki Travis you need to read up on that allegation. It’s no where near sedition. Using a legally established vehicle to protest what is alleged to be election manipulation or influence is not sedition. It’s following the legally established path.
Sedition is almost impossible to convict on because the broad protection of the First Amendment. You’d have an easier time convicting on Treason – except the actions don’t even meet 1 of the elements of Treason – and we are not officially at war – so….well….I’ll let you read up on that one yourself.
