@vrnc M 75% of the country want to hear from RELEVANT witnesses. Hunter or Joe Biden are not relevant nor is the whistleblower his story has been corroborated by other people. he has nothing new to add to the story of Trump’s crimes.

But my not knowing doesn’t invalidate the facts that Hunter Biden got a job in Ukraine at Burisma when his dad was Vice President, after Joe Biden was made point man for Ukraine policy, and immediately after the two had visited Ukraine. And it doesn’t invalidate the fact that Joe Biden threatened to withhold aid to Ukraine if the prosecutor Viktor Shokin who was investigating Burisma wasn’t fired.
@Rene Curry the impeachment is over a call made about their corruption in Ukraine. Their testimony is definitely relevant here and would offer great insight into the bigger picture. And honestly if Biden had nothing to hide, why wouldn’t he want to call Trump’s bluff and prove his innocence? That would help Biden. Testifying would be a win-win for Biden.

Hunter got a job in Ukraine at Burisma because his dad used his authority as vice president to get it for him. And then when the Ukrainian persecutor Viktor Shokin began investigating Burisma for corruption, Biden as Vice president blackmailed Ukraine by withholding aid if Shokin wasn’t fired. Ta-da! Shokin was fired and the investigations ceased. This is a matter of public record. That doesn’t mean what Trump did wasn’t wrong either. Both Trump and Biden are corrupt SOBs who belong in jail.
Any discussion around Hunter Biden is just a smoke screen, it’s all to take the talking points away from the Grifter who’s now occupying the White House. Stop Playing His Game

Hunter is as photogenic as they come, fire-forged, innocent, and provably competent as a board member (the GOP appears to have confused what board members do with what CEOs do. Al Gore is on the board at Apple, and what is his coding or firmware expertise? He’s there because his name reassures investors). As an aside, Hunter also has the knack of making Joe Jordan and/or Don Jr. look sweaty and frantic, just by existing. So, call Hunter!
And I bet he asks for, or sues for, visitation rights with his surprise child.

As much as I dislike Trump and agree that he’s using Hunter’s corrupt past for political reasons, it doesn’t change the fact that Joe and Hunter likely did do shady and corrupt thing in Ukraine and need to be exposed for it. We have a unique opportunity in 2020 to reject corruption from all sides whether it’s Trump or Biden. Let’s not blow it! Bernie and Liz are still in this race.

Since when does Vladimir Putin get to call witnesses during an Impeachment trial? Republicans in the House and Senate are now part of the Russian Disinformation Apparatus. They’ve traded their honor to the Kremlin to appease Trump and avoid being primaried in the next election by some other Trump sycophant. The Bidens have nothing to do with Trump’s extortion scheme in Ukraine other than being the recipients of the resulting smear campaign to benefit Trump in the election.

The way Liz and Bernie are being locked up in the Senate because impeachment was pushed so late (purposely or accidentally) makes me eager to support Joe testifying. It’s not right to have your political opponents locked up and prevented from campaigning.
@Anna Torey Testify about what? Joe has no knowledge of, nor was he involved in Trumps extortion scheme other than being the victim. This entire controversy is Putin’s way of blaming Ukraine for hacking Democrats in the 2016, and not him. He wants to be allowed back into the G8 so he can continue making millions with his criminal pals in Russia, and he’s obviously blackmailing Trump into blaming Ukraine. Trump and the Republicans are trying to bring Biden into it as a smear campaign for the 2020 election.

Democrats – “You can’t have a trial without witnesses”. Republicans – “Ok, but the President gets to call witnesses too”. Democrats – “This is not a trial this is a political proceeding”. Make me laugh.
