I have a similar, but milder experience: my father was a narcissist (he died in 2015), and I had a very hard time watching the dumpster in the candidate debates in 2016, because his attitudes were all too familiar. I can’t stand his voice! My husband said, “Donald Trump is your father on steroids.” He was right. My condolences to you about your sister. I hope you are staying safe, and away from her!
