I don’t care what the justice Sykes says back lag or not the crime must match the time, you can’t have people charged for murder get 15 years on spend 4 years out of it and release back on the streets.

Is the same people committing the crime and when them plead guilty the judges are giving the lowest sentencing if you catch a man wid gun is the police a guh a court not a regular citizen.This judge know law but don’t have common sense.
Put it at 25 /if u go trial and 15 if you plea bargain straight
