A man is safe after falling into frigid water in Alberta.
A bystander filmed the potentially dangerous situation in Jasper National Park while calling out to see if the man needed help.

@Guapo Savvy yes it is all fenced off higher up. That guy would have had to climb over fencing/barricades to do what he did. He took it upon himself fully knowing he was doing something wrong
