So its okay to kill the madman *mentally ill person because his action led him to take the life of the officer?
So this is justified? Okay so if the person is deemed mentally ill we could just kill him/her?
If the people dem a tell the police abt tht man for months a just now uno feel like take action too late but thts just Jamaica still
