If they have to use other methods to break up violent people they always tell them to disperse and go home with a warning of what will happen if they don’t. Most choose to stay so that they can whine and scream about being victims.
It is a shame that police cannot shoot arsonists and looters on the spot. That’s the only way to stop them and preventing more crime of the sort. We enable them when officers have to stand down and watch the crimes being committed right before their eyes.
