    1. Unfortunately, Africa’s , Boko Haram or AQIM has been waring and in the middle east and Asia still fighting be thankful if you live in the US or similar.

  1. I was active duty army in Iraq 2004 and I can completely understand if a group wanted to surrender but a guy suddenly jumps out and shoots at you then they are all involved and it’s fair game. Sucks that one guy got his comrades killed. 10 families that go on without a father/husband/son for nothing

    1. @Elena R you don’t know that as a fact. I’m using common sense. They were shot and bodies remained there in a row all on that drone footage

    2. @Stephan Weinberger I didn’t say the one Russian who shot wasn’t a war crime but using common sense for them all to be shot lying in their same positions shot around the head points to a conclusion they were summarily executed but I don’t know that as a fact not do you otherwise. Yes it’s possible the Russians were all armed but I’m just working on probabilities favoring ukr soldiers in the heat of the moment losing their cool.

  2. This President of Russia does not care for the lives of his soldier, how can Russia just accept this? How can the mothers, the children just accept this horror? This is so inhumane.

    1. @Matthias Maier sounds like cope to me. Besides, its not about that type of leadership youre talking about, as the president shouldnt be the one making battlefield decisions. Its about showing your people that youre with them through thick and thin, not just hiding behind concrete walls hundreds if not thousands of kilometers away eating caviar.

    2. @bm packer Not really. GoP presidents can and do get voted out of power unlike Russian ones. That’s the difference.

    3. Because, putin and his loyals, feeds the people a steady heavy flow of lies. putin served as a KGB foreign intelligence officer for 16 years!-So, he knows well how to manipulate people.

The Russian people’s main source of news information is either state-run or owned by companies with close links to the Kremlin; mainly to push the lies, conspiracy theory garbage, misinformation.

There are some brave Russian people, who have remained in Russia and attempt to use the internet to speak the truth; however, many have been found/arrested….

While other brave Russian people, those who left Russia from the start of the war with Ukraine, that putin started, they attempt to reach the people in Russia a variety of ways telling the truth.

Around 1 million+ Russian people have left their country to get away from putin! 700,000 Russians alone fled conscription, a main reason he was left taking Russians out of his prisons to go and fight in Ukraine, as well as hiring mercenaries.

And according to several reports, even the politicians, military officers close to him have either left or want to, but fear for their lives if they do, or even say anything about withdrawing from the Ukraine-in other words putin does not take criticism or being thought of as a failure well at all.

Obviously, putin is in love with putin, not his people, not his country, and certainly not any other countries in the world; everything he does is for his self-power & control.

From the start of putin’s war, it became obvious he did not want to, as he said, help-take the Ukraine to save it, when he bombed buildings, homes, of the civilians murdering thousands, and further the hospitals, day care centers, water supplies, and other facilities that supported the young, old, pregnant, babies, in the Ukraine; and his soldiers murdering all ages, rape, and other atrocities.

And in describing how “brave,” “courageous,” the Ukrainians are, those who have been fighting back, standing strong against putin and the war he started, I don’t think there are words high enough to praise their efforts-and most definitely all peoples and countries giving their support speaks louder than words.

With winter already bearing down on the Ukrainian people, if able, show your support-your love for Freedom, look up legitimate Ukrainian Relief assistance groups and see what is needed and how you may offer assistance.
      Stand Strong against tyrants!

  3. There are 100s of these phone intercepts available on YT. The amount of data coming out of this war is staggering.

    1. Seriously, you really bought this supposedly intercepted calls? Russians ain’t dumb to leak these call to public, they knew their enemies could use it against themselves, so I don’t get it how the Ukrainians obtain them, unless these are scripted like the many ones they’ve done

    2. @dave gallen So in your mind, all Russians, 100% of them, support Putin and the war. Not a single one of then would release their audio. And you don’t think in war, tapping into WiFi that could be used to make these calls is possible. Shall I go on?

    3. @David Lewis Don’t have to, you didn’t answer the question anyway. You’re merely giving your assumptions, provide facts with sources if you wanna make your statements believable. Like I said, this is likely propaganda made by Ukraine with the help of NATO, to make it appear like they are winning the war and so people will keep supporting them although it is taxpayers money in the line

  4. THEY SHOULD HAVE JUST SURRENDERED TO THE UKRAINIAN MILITARY AND CALLED IT A DAY SINCE EVEN THEY KNOW THAT THEY’RE LOSING!!😂

    1. Hi snoopy: I’m scrolling the comments and yours is the first ( not including replies I’ve not assessed) to mention Russian deployed troops surrendering.

So I am looking to comment on the report’s content at about minute four when we are shown two filmed excerpts of a batch of maybe ten Russian soldiers surrendering to a Ukrainian task force (apparently) who are then, or seems, murdered. I find it hard to accept the reported justification that the surrender was fake. The bodies lie in near enough the same places we last see them, prone on the ground.

At least the cnn narrator describes this retribution as a war crime, but it does seem like they (cnn) prefer to move the discussion along without lingering.
As someone who throughout this conflict has tended to perceive much more merit in the known actions of Ukrainian soldiers and civilians than in that of their opponents, I find this content extremely concerning.
As well that Ukraine media reps provide justification that doesn’t appear to hold water.
As angry as the Ukrainian people may be about the ravaging pillaging torture and mirder the Russian forces are guilty of, this tape is not indicative of people making good choices about how to use the power that they acquire.
I would very much hope to see this specific incident given much more attention including for Ukraine’s military leaders recall those responsible and make it clear to others -including the international community- that this kind of conduct is neither condoned or to be tolerated.

So snoop, when word of this treatment by Ukrainian forces gets back to Russian troops what is the logical result? That to surrender may well mean a death sentence. This is very troubling because it logically will motivate the Russians to try to fight their way out. Given that many Russian fighters are unwilling conscripts, they are arguably deserving of much more prudent treatment if or when they are captured.
As a final observation more theoretical, this report makes me see perhaps why Putin has allowed his own troops to behave as cruelly as they have. By inciting so much rage and sadness in the Ukraine and then sending a bunch of untrained conscripts the front lines he has set the stage for just this kind of scenario. When the international community sees this happen it will potentially shift the balance of power/ public opinion away from supporting Ukraine to a more neutral stance including the withdrawal of financial aid and military equipment. Putin is easily that clever.

    1. @D.H. I can promise you fetterman is going to screw Pennsylvania just the same as the last politician, he won’t do it out of greed he will do it out of stupidity

    2. @Scott Jones I do not know who you are talking about to be fair. Or what really happened so I can’t speak on it. But I’m not sure if you know who he was up against lol. The master grifter who will follow anyone as long as he’s making money. Who’s John following? Cuz it’s not any politicians I know. If you’re talking so much about change, who’s more likely to do that? People who are already multimillionaires and rubbing elbows with billionaires? Or someone who has slowly moved up the ladder from the bottom? Proving he has continued to be a majority favorite, so he must be making legitimate change?

    1. @Susan Kay And you think the Germans never did that?? Millions of Poles, Jews, disabled, Russian prisoners, they killed millions! CYKLON B anyone???

    2. all fake – Russian soldiers are prohibited from carrying cell phones in combat zones – not to block anything like this – no, simply to prevent the signals from being targeted

    3. Hahaha you’re talking as though Ukraine ain’t sending canon fodders off their own people. Those kids they sent to the front line with barely no training. I’ve seen one video about a short interview of two 19 year olds Ukrainian soldiers and said they only got 1 week or so less training, just thought to hold a rifle and shot then sent to the front lines. They didn’t even want to be there, but have no choice because their government will prosecute them if they said no

    4. @Yakiv Popavich it was the MoscalSS that allied with Hitler with the Molotov-Ribbentropf Pact in 1939 to invade Poland under Fall Weiss..then their new Nazi cousins exterminated 15 million Moscals after 1941 during Barbarossa….As usual…Moscal tardslap to the chest as you got what was coming. But um yeah…Nazis. Look in the mirror jackass. Now in 2022 a further 32 billion in military aid is going to Ukraine to exterminate another 80k Orcapes.

  5. Don’t mistake the cries and lamentations of the Russian soldiers in their phone calls. Most are completely indoctrinated to believe in the enemy image of Ukraine, the USA and the West that is shown on Russian state television. Notice that the complaints are mostly about lack of gear, lack of war exercises, etc. – Yes, and then there is the rough discipline and cowardly officers who fail the new conscripts to such an extent.
But if all this were ok, then these men would represent a rather violent enemy, which we have seen by now has no regard for the civilian population of Ukraine. Let it be stated absolutely: Russia has NO – absolutely NO right to invade a sovereign free country. They have to get out of Ukraine and it can only go too slowly!

    1. @James Street Russia, I thought that was obvious?
What confused me is, why does he feel the need to pointed out that to me?
I don’t like his comment therefore he is putin supporters and need to be educated about the truth? Lol

  6. So proud of the strength and perseverance of the Ukrainian army and their people!! Praying for you Ukraine. Every SINGLE day

    1. Amazing to see so many Nazi sympathiser’s.
Imagine supporting a country that has a national holiday for a Nazi war criminal.
You people really are that stupid.

    2. Choose peace! Ukrainians should also not fight! If they fight, all they do is defend a corrupt government who doesn’t want the good for them anyway! Not to mention that fighting between buildings destroys homes!

    3. @Not Woke Yet you ignore Kremlin collaboration with Nazi and far right groups in Russia. The Russians couldn’t care less about Nazism in Ukraine or elsewhere. It’s simply an excuse that people like you fall for, hook line and sinker.

    4. @Timothy Jennings oh so the murder of over 14,000 Russian speaking people by Ukraine is no reason for Russia to take action against Ukraine.
      The Azov regiment are nazis.
Ukraine has a national holiday for a Nazi war criminal.
I have been covering this conflict since the staged coup by the CIA & neo nazis.
This entire conflict was designed by America to push up against Russia.
Well I will be back to collect your tears when your corporate media informs you that Ukraine has surrendered.
The talks are already underway with the U.S, Ukronazis have no say in the future of their own country.
Oh by the way Elinskey is now a traitor to his people & has a date with Mossad, Jews don’t forgive jews who collaborate with nazis.

    5. @Not Woke Once again, you resort to lies and exaggerations to try and get you point across. The “14,000” number you pro-putin neanderthals keep posting is not only Russians or pro-russian separatists. It includes ALL people who have died in the civil conflict pre Russia’s official invasion.

      You have been brainwashed.

    1. all fake – Russian soldiers are prohibited from carrying cell phones in combat zones – not to block anything like this – no, simply to prevent the signals from being targeted

  7. Russian soldiers may not know how to coordinate their operations, but they do know how to coordinate their swear words.
God be with Ukraine as they take their country back. 🇺🇦

    1. @Ken Sturm I’ve been on a hospital gurney wondering if I’d live or die! I would really like to believe!! I just can’t! Some of it is too ridiculous!

  8. Most of you missed the part where he said, “if we didn’t go here (Ukraine), then they’d already be here (Russia). Hammering away at Moscow.” They don’t know what’s really going on

    1. @Critical Dan COMPLETE BS!!!! Whoever they are, they want the oil, the gold, the uranium, and the diamonds and to prey on the corpse of Russia for a century. All and every resource they can put their hands on! And that is precisely why this war will not end and possibly will turn hydrogen. Because there are no Ukrainians at both end of it. They are in the middle and little to none depends on their decisions, they just die in millions…

    2. @geno lol, once you define “they” I may believe you 10%. Conspiracy will get you nowhere. Now sit down and try again boy.

    3. Exactly, Russian Soldiers belief their fighting for the MOTHERLAND & THEIR FAMILYS LIFES !!!, THE poor Bastards have no idea that THE WEST, rightly or wrongly have put conditions on the Arms & AID that Ukraine receives, and the MAIN ONE is NOT TO CROSS RUSSIA’S BORDERS!!! Possibly the only SOVEREIGN COUNTRY, to have a condition of that magnitude put on them, and it is a massive hindrance, Capitalised on by Russia by limiting the distance back to airports, supply hubs etc. As I am not privy to the Politics of the decision from NATO ( I’m assuming, not just the USA?), they have offered mutterings of nuclear strikes etc if crossed, but the whole reasoning behind it, like the FACTUAL reasons, would make for some mighty engrossing reading- no doubt. But it is mind boggling that us, with our “free press” in the West, to see and hear that basically every russian actually believes but for the Brave Soldiers , the Enemy would be Battering down the drawbridge at their borders, and the fact they haven’t even asked themselves WHY, Ukraine hasn’t launched attacks inside Russia ???. Now that shows you a completely brainwashed race, and by stealth !!!! As they have no idea they have been BRAINWASHED.

  9. I was a combat engineer, and not one time, while I was in the Army, while I was in the Army did I think my commanders would leave me out to dry. Sometimes we would have to hurry up and wait, but we were always taken care of in the end.

  10. I am Ukrainian and while my teenage age growing up among mixed community of Ukrainians and Russians I saw the significant differences in characters between the 2 nations but I couldn’t explain what it was until now and it’s some kind of imperialistic pride and feeling that Russians have against Ukrainians as some sort of unworthy nation, similar to Hitlers opinion on Jews.

    1. @nathan nomad are you dumb? Ukraine was part of the USSR. the USSR fought the Nazis together. And no, Ukraine isn’t neo-nazi. Get out of here with your dumbbot propaganda idiocy.

    2. All while flying the flag that they were getting rid of Nazis while committing genocide. It’s almost unbelievable we would be here, today, seeing this sort of thing on a national level.

      # Never Again just happened and it could have easily been avoided what a POS that demon is. I know this doesn’t sound like much to so many who want Putler dead, but I promise you, these world leaders care a great deal about their legacy and he will go down as the most disgusting vile filth in the history books.

  11. That soldier telling his girlfriend that 50 of his troop died… he might as well be telling her that he’s not going to make it. So fucking tragic.

    1. all fake – Russian soldiers are prohibited from carrying cell phones in combat zones – not to block anything like this – no, simply to prevent the signals from being targeted

  12. No doubt many Russian soldiers will feel the cold winter ahead. I feel for the Ukrainian people, can’t imagine what they are going through.

    1. @Stu Bonner No, you’re absolutely wrong. The Russians fought them with all they can, it just so happen that winter is on their side. You are saying as though Napoleon and Hitler’s army invaded Russia in winter and lost, they actually started fighting them during summer time and just got extended too long until winter season in which the enemies aren’t suited for battle but the Russians are well experienced of, so they were able to cut down everyone of them. Even Napoleon said he’d never underestimate the Russians again, and would never dare step foot in Russia.

    2. @dave gallen as said. the winter is on the side of the defender, nothing ‘so happens’ about it, predictable like clockwork. history say it is in favour of the defender. as it will here again in this same terrain all the way to Moscow. Farmland winter mud. The Russians withstood the sieges and the winter stopped the invaders resources and destroyed them in retreat. Never said winter was the only factor. On the ‘side of’ is not the only factor.

    3. @Stu Bonner i agree without you – dont forget canada and other country sent hundreds of millions for winter clothes and equipments for ukraine – that is a massive advantage – russians has to find food/clothes and equipments by themself – winter is clearly an advantage for ukraine

  13. As a 68 yo pensioner Canadian man I could not sit by any longer and do nothing to help the Ukrainians. Yesterday I donated some money to Unicef Canada, They matched my donation and gave me a tax write-off receipt for my income tax. I challenge other Canadians to donate a little bit of money to the Ukrainian cause, It makes you feel good about yourself…””Slava Ukraine🇺🇦🇺🇦Stay strong””

    1. That’s a real big sacrifice to donate and get a tax write off for it. You really are going to have to cut back now.

    2. @FefferRyerr Everything here has gone up in price by 50 to 100% something even more while my mini pension remains the same.
My wife is Thai somewhat disabled too and has no income, yeah we are already cutting back, I just could not sit back and do nothing, and now I feel better about myself. I got nothing to write off.
I wrote that to encourage others.
Do ya get what I mean?

    3. @BHgirl Hello “Ласкаво просимо”
      Дякую = thank you
that is google translate, Ukrainian to English
      Your Welcome = Ласкаво просимо

  14. Am I the only one that’s impressed by the interpreters voice acting? Usually they’re monotonous because they’re just interpreting. This guy’s into it

  15. my heart aches for all this unnecessary violence, for all these lives lost, families separated, displacement, their entire plight… i know there are Russians that don’t want this fight, my heart aches for them as well. prayers and love for the akicita of Ukraine 💙💛💙💛💙💛

    1. @trisha wilson If Russian president will tell them, from now on we are against war, Russians will look at the TV and, oh, OK, now we are against war. Then, Putin will pause and say, I was just joking, Russians will look at the TV and say, ok, we ha-ha are ha-ha support war, ha-ha.

    2. @trisha wilson I’m sorry, but how y’all make such statistics? I’m russian and nobody asked me and people around me what is our position about this war🤡 Did they just ask people they know or only few big european cities and called this ‘all russians’?

    3. So many beautiful, talented young men and women wasted, but the same was happening in Syria, Lebanon and Yemen for decades and we chose to ignore them.

    4. @Andrei Melnikov I agree, it’s sad, but if you look a their history, and the cliche of Russians being tough, they are one PASSIVE people. Where’s the balls to take the power back?

  16. It’s so amazing that soldiers are still able well to contact their loved ones with a cell phone from the battlefield.
