A lot of Americans came home from China after that and was not quarantined, also there were a few weeks before travel was banned from Europe which turns out that the genomes of the virus was traced to Europe. Then, for a month there were all the,”we have it under control, ” or Hannity and Trish Regan saying it was a Dem. Hoax, and fearmongering. Regan was fired for it by the way. Finally after a month of that he decided to implement guidelines to stay home but left it up to the governors. He did sign the distribution act but still doesn’t enforce it leaving the states to bid against themselves for PPE and ventilators. The President says the previous administration left the stockpile empty but has been in office for three years and apparantly didn’t maintenance the ventilators they did have and now they are useless. Now after not wanting to get involved and leaving state governors to do their own thing he now wants to wield Absolute Power, which goes against the tenth ammendment of the constitution. But yes, he’s great.
