Why is the DOJ so scared to indict this man? SMH, unbelievable! Is he ever going to be indicted for all these crimes?
@Mark G They already found the docs, just throw orange boy in jail
@Aristophanes’ Ghost any day now š
@Mark G Well, now I see that you really have blown a gasket…and your mind. I suggest you just leave this subject and yelling/arguing alone before you do something more stupid than just raise your blood pressure. Relax, take deep breaths. You believe what you want to believe, that’s your prerogative. It’s not worth yelling and screaming at a bunch of anonymous people that simply don’t agree with your narrative.
@Alison Lambert Thatās not my narrative. ITS THE FACTS JACK! Youāre making allegations of crimes that DOJ has refused to make in a court of law of any kind. Youāre citing statutes based on a presumption of guilt of a crime that hasnāt been alleged in a court of law much less charged for potential prosecution. āTrust me broā is not a legal standard and conspiracy theories about espionage lifted directly from the plot of Mission Impossible are not actual crimes that there are the beginnings of even the slightest hint of evidence of to even take to a judge for a criminal complaint
@weburnitatbothends Yes they found documents, if only they would specify what documents they are alleging are stolen or mishandled in court then they might have enough for a criminal complaint to impanel a grand jury. But they havenāt done that and you can not arrest anyone and hold them without charging them with a specific actionable crime.
It’s time for the indictment. Stop giving the former guy special treatment.
@JasonDrvmz who cares, if you can’t tell that USA is broken when less than half of voters support GOP, MAGA, QANON and Dopey Orange Boy then there is something wrong, rip the band aid off, put him in jail, move on
@weburnitatbothends Iām pretty sure itās beyond that by now. People donāt just go away
@JasonDrvmz Trump is the perfect recipient for the 2022 Novichok “vaccine”
@Jason Scheuring he was not found guilty of tax fraud factually. š
@Marc Bright me too..but she’s a troll..and not from u.s. sophisticated operations..
DOJ seems to not know what it’s doing. Arrest him, lock him up, search everything, and convict him.
Dude, stop
@Mark G OK, then you should know, this isn’t Russia
@Ren Sinclair What does Russia have to do with anything, I swear the āprogressiveā left legitimately have baby brains, you guys just memorize buzzwords and talking points and just keep trying till you find one that fits. āInsurrectionā āRussiaā āNaziā āEspionageā āObstructionāā¦.
You would think stealing classified documents & putting the country’s security at risk would at least put you in handcuffs.
@E Major Sure would if DOJ weāre actually ready to make that charge , you cannot arrest someone and hold them for more than 1-3 days (depending) without charging them with a crime. DOJ has refused to even specify what documents they are actually alleging were āstolenā or mishandled in court much less charge Trump with a crime and impanel a grand jury. But this country is full of gullible idiots that donāt understand how things work and just repeat MSM talking points and yell into an echo chamber. Happens on both sides but the left gets the benefit of not having to deal with pushback and never owning up to being wrong
Burglars don’t ever get subpoenaed for the stolen loot. DOJ is playing games while protecting the thief.
Republicans are now worried about Trump creating losses for them. They shouldāve convicted after both impeachments. Are they sorry now? Their logic is twisted.
I bet you ten bucks garland voted for trump in 2016.
@blankety blank Doesn’t matter.
Indict Trump already. Anyone else would have been long ago had the book thrown at them.
The FBI and DNC have to manufacture some evidence before that can happen….
šš„ā
Exactly!!!
Donald Trump’s team found two more classified files. Those are the ones that are convenient for him to hand over. The ones that he will use as bargaining units when it comes in real handy.
I reckon they are already sold
@weburnitatbothends Hence the reason why cannot find any more.
Anyone who gives aid or support to someone guilty of insurrection is barred from public office. Preventing that is pure self preservation.
@Atticus Walker His university and charity were not charged with crimes. They were civilly sued and as part of settlement agreements his kids agreed to not operate a charity in New York. Thatās gonna be null and void the second Tish James is out of a job. Also Iām so tired of this nonsense about his university. IT WAS JUST CALLED TRUMP UNIVERSITY FOR MARKETING PURPOSES! No one believed it was an actual university, you canāt get a degree in a weekend from an unaccredited for profit business seminar. š¤¦š¼āāļø Trump didnāt even run the thing!
@Mark G He doesn’t have a clue, he’s just rambling about things he doesn’t understand.
They gave support when they voted against certifying Biden, there were no discrepancies in the 2020 election, yet they stoked that lie.
@E Major Thatās not how that works. There were discrepancies and regardless you can make objections in Congress and delay certification, Democrats did so in 2000, 2004 and 2016
@E Major Making legal objections isnāt by default immediate guilt of supporting an insurrection. Thatās not a thing but I wholeheartedly encourage Democrats to take that idea to court. š¤£š¤”š¤¦š¼āāļø
Any action that can be accused of political motivation only harms the potential for justice. While there is no doubt of guilt, no reason for doubt is the long road back.
Hey, the Federalist Society hasnt spent 40 years and who knows how much money stacking the courts for NOTHING. They are about to finally get a return on this very long term investment. investment in politics is the most lucrative thing there is.
No, the judge is telling them to take the more common course of charging donnie with theft and have him arrested.
Sure BlueAnon š
He can play checkers with Joe and Hunter š
As they should have in the beginning, but they’re pretty incompetent
@Chuck Rambo Too complicated. Trump is strictly tic-tac-toe and refuses to play unless you let him go first, like the child he is.
Has to be a list of every classified document that existed during trumps presidency and where they are and which is missing.
It’s very good to hear the reason for the judges decision. DOJ, we’re waiting for you to wield your power against Trump the criminal.
Just like you waited during the Muller investigation, lol…
@harry lazard and we waited for Dump to lose the 2020 election by millions of votes then to hear him cry about getting ārobbedā Oh wait, weāre not waiting for that anymore š
What proven crimes has he comitted exactly?
@zenoist2 weāll just for starters: treason, terrorism, attempted coup, attempt to overturn an election, attempt to assassinate his own VP, fraud, theft, tax evasion, collusion, stealing classified government documents, botched covid response leading to a million dead Americans and counting, intimidating witnesses. I could go on but youāre too far into believing heās god and dems eat babies
So, this judge said anyone can just withhold evidence and nothing will happen to them except to tell them “go play nicely now.” Weak legal system we have.
It favors the rich and white.
If you weren’t so inept. You would know the court told the DOJ to do its own job. Leave it up to a commenter to know nothing about the legal process.
Don’t try that. You’ll find out that he didn’t say “anyone”. LOL. Money talks.
Who cares about the security of the country, as long as they get Hunter’s laptop…..
No, they said if Trump is in possession of stolen documents, the DOJ should charge him with that crime. They donāt need judge to hold in contempt, they need a jury to decide if he is guilty or not.
I spent 3 days in jail once for summary (basically arbitrary) contempt merely because I told a judge āI donāt like your attitude, eitherā after he told me he didnāt like my attitude. I appealed and my contempt was vacated, but I spent the time in jail for an improper alleged contempt. Trump commits a major felony and merely told to work it out. I was charged with a minor misdemeanor.
TMI
Big difference and no comparison, your poor , that’s it . šŗš²š¦
If you have inside knowledge and hard biased evidence that Trump committed ability bring it to me immediately. We have looked for crimes that he mightāve committed during the four years that he was president and we found none. We look for crimes that he has committed since he has been away from DC and we have found none. People donāt understand it all former presidents have access to classified documents. All former presidents receive timely national security briefings that contain classified information. This classified information hoax is just another scam in an attempt to ruined Trump and his political rooms because heās caused so much damage to the corrupt and infringed political class. We see them trying to get even now.
Total Absolute Bollocks ..
You should have announced a run for POTUS….
If this was any regular person they would be chains and locked up at Leavenworth Prison .
So the judge is okay with all the āmissingā document.
Strange as it is… the evil one continues to creep up for the sake of evil.
I saw another interpretation of Judge Beryl’s ruling, which is that she wants to send a message to DOJ that they should treat DJT like any other citizen. If DOJ isn’t satisfied that all classified material has been recovered, then follow the normal process anybody else would be subject to. Secure warrants and search all the properties. The fact that TFG’s lawyers have said there are no more outstanding documents, while yet more have turned up is in itself probable cause justifying more warrants.
