Cupes strike is completely unfair and unnecessary so STOP forcing them to strike! Make a real FAIR offer
Here’s my offer:
Don’t like your job? Then quit and find a better job in the private sector. You are NOT owed a lucrative public sector job.
Also, CUPE Is now disbanded. Permanently.
@Primmakin Sofis lol not to educated on the facts are you
We can talk privately, don’t miss out the opportunity………
Lol 31 cents is fair but you got a 16,000 dollar raise haha ok
We can talk privately, don’t miss out the opportunity………
Why donβt reporters question Lecce and Ford about the raises they got? I donβt understand that at all.
This is going to trickle out to more public sector work.
Until such time the government disbands all public sector unions.
It’s time to tell public sector workers that they are NOT owed a lucrative public sector job. Don’t like your public sector job? Then quit and find a better job in the private sector.
We can talk privately, don’t miss out the opportunity………
will lecce talk bout his wages and pay raise 15k bet not
ALL politicians do that. Start with with Parliament and work your way down.
We can talk privately, don’t miss out the opportunity………
Translation:β We donβt want to negotiate with CUPE. We want it our way and itβs not fair that they wonβt accept out offerβ.
CUPE? You mean that group of complete and utter hypocrites?
It’s the other way around there pal! Ford repealed bill 28 then they do this! F**k them!
Let them strike because we’ll FINE them until their bank accounts EMPTY!!
We can talk privately, don’t miss out the opportunity………
Walk off and just keep on walking! Your greed, your pension and your demands are hard enough on the struggling tax payers of Ontario!
We are the struggling tax payers of Ontario.
We can talk privately, don’t miss out the opportunity………
why don’t you want to pay?? he’s got a tape recorder in his throat….he repeats the same thing…
Let me answer it for you. #1 the tabled offer is one that the Government (i.e. taxpayer) can afford, #2 We already invest more money in Education than ANY previous Government, #3 If you want more “services” let’s fund it from salaries – either way, the NET increase in Education spending MUST remain the same.
We can talk privately, don’t miss out the opportunity………
They offered 2k more a year
1k
We can talk privately, don’t miss out the opportunity………
If you home school you could teach what isnβt taught in school male and female not the same
They definitely learn that in school lol
We can talk privately, don’t miss out the opportunity………
@Ashley Meloche Who is they?
Text Me On Who is we?
The students
the problem should have been solved 6 years ago. They have been patient long enough. It’s funny how it nver takes long for mp and mpp to give themselves a raise and we dont get to accept or not the offer…. we just pay the bill…
We can talk privately, don’t miss out the opportunity………
If the feds stopped wasting millions we could afford to pay our teachers and school support staff properly
We can talk privately, don’t miss out the opportunity………
If the workers don’t like the pay or the working conditions, look for another job!
That sounds logical yes but when u have teachers striking every 3 years and getting raises which has them among the highest paid in the world. Custodians, Librarians, childcare assistants havenβt been on strike since 1999 and now due to inflation are now barely affording basic needs as Education workers. So its more like give them wat they deserve
I will never understand this logic lol so everyone finds another job, and then we no longer have a functioning education system lol
@Ashley Meloche exactly but the insinuation is if we dont like it n leave someone else will kinda thing, which makes sense but isnβt realistic at all LMAO
Let them walk off the job for a month or two. Donβt do anything.
We can talk privately, don’t miss out the opportunity………
What are the parents gonna do with schools closed for that time
@Jumbo Me probably teach them more then they would have learned in school
@Chuck Arrand lol with so many dumb parents commenting on here I feel bad for the kids stuck at home
It’s so funny how he repeats the same thing over and over again π€£!
We can talk privately, don’t miss out the opportunity………
Thank you lecce for the extra $25 a week ; that is going to CHANGE OUR LIVES , we accept !! Is that what he wants to hear ? Lmao
We can talk privately, don’t miss out the opportunity………
CUPE WAS OFFERED $1.00 An hour more ,,,
We can talk privately, don’t miss out the opportunity………
Yup but still want to cut our pensions and sick days plus bereavement days and job security
Would Entry Pay at $50,000/yr. +5,000/Annual increase up to a max of $90,000 aside from current benefits be enough for staff, ECE and elementary teachers? Just a question, curious as to what some may think?
We can talk privately, don’t miss out the opportunity…….
That would never happened lol but sounds lovely
Lecce makes $165xxx a year…smh
The Tool in a Box.
You know, if you use the word “significant” enough, it still doesn’t actually gain “significance” unless it has substance. You, sir, and your boss have no substance, even in speech, and consequently are NOT significant.
(cough)
