George Floyd never resisted arrest he explain to them that he was claustrophobia and he even asked could he sit in the front seat of the police car
Chauvin action indicated that he was not threatened by the bystanders, or did he expect any threats from the bystanders.
And also that he had no concern about anything. I saw 2 things in the look on Chauvin face. Arrogance. And his look also had a bit of blankness to it…almost as if he were a machine.
No, you don’t perceive bystanders as a threat, when you have an asian officer standing guard, with his hand on his weapon, casing the immediate area, waiting for someone to make a wrong move.
An indication that an officer is genuinely worried about a “hostile crowd”, the for CALL BACKUP!
There’s a story going around that Chauvin and Floyd knew each other and had, at one time, worked at the same business together. That there had been some kind of falling out between them previously. I wonder if the Prosecutor has investigated that story. Because if it is true, that would change the charge to murder.
This definitely should be looked into!!! If they knew each other it could shed more light on why the officer kept his knee on George even after he was told by the paramedics George had no pulse!!!
