I don’t understand why these people don’t sort out the area worst affected with flooding before more fatalities emerged . We have storms every year so why can’t the fix the issues for these poor communities. Even animals live in better conditions. 😡

cause it looks like to me that people don’t fix the road and stuffs but when something happens that is bad that’s the time they choose to fix come bruh
