Much of the debt accrued under Obama was due to two unfunded wars and unfunded tax cuts and a 700 bank bailout enacted before he took office…in the worst recession since the Great Depression

I get that part of the importance of Vindman’s testimony is that he’s a first-hand “witness” to the phone call. What I don’t get is why the actual transcript of the phone call has not been released? To a lesser extent, settling for the phone call summary is a bit like relying on William Barr’s summary without getting a hold of the actual Mueller Report.
