Kevin Spacey said he'll "voluntarily appear" in front of a U.K. court after sexual assault charges were authorized against him.

In a statement to ABC News show "Good Morning America" and NBC News, Spacey said through a spokesperson that he is "confident" legal proceedings will prove his innocence.
