    1. Yeah everything wrong in Alberta is Trudeaus fault according to this guy. You guys should see what he’s doing to the watershed on the eastern slopes of the Rocky Mountains. He has to resign.

  1. Alberta really needs to invest in industries that don’t depend on putting pipelines everywhere. Otherwise when the bust inevitably does come, then end up like Venezuela.

    1. @M Cephas You’re kidding. Maybe you need to do some research. 29 of the top 30 oil producing nations have access to shipping lanes. The only one that doesn’t is 24th in oil production. If you think that water access isn’t essential to making money with oil… you aren’t paying attention.

  2. Kenney just putting on a show for his voters.
    Let’s call it political Theatre.
He knows Keystone is toast and he also knows Trudeau (Butts) is ecstatic it was cancelled.

    1. Kenny and the cons are idiots that failed to diversify Alberta’s economy and are of course blaming their incompetence on Trudeau.

  3. Lol, Kenney always saying how Canada needs Alberta, and isn’t against separating, but every day he is crying please help me Justin.

    1. @Vegan Carnivore

What Sanctions? The Federal Government wasn’t Stupid enough to hand over $7,500,000,000 to a Foreign Project that was up in the Air for most of the Decade. It is Alberta’s/Kenney/s Mess.

    2. His Unaccountable War Room, is likely the Largest supplier of Funding for Wexit/maverick, using Money from the Alberta Treaury, too boot

  4. As if the cancellation wasn’t totally predictable. Kenny was willing to use AB tax money to buy votes from fools in spite of the obvious outcome.

    1. @Vegan Carnivore It was not approved, it was an executive order that can be rescinded a week down the road by a new president…that didn’t go to senate or house of representatives…..therefore , very unreliable

    2. Yes it could. There are refineries in Edmonton and we need more. The use of oil and gas will never end, we use oil and gas in a lot of different industries including food! What needs to happen is to figure out how to use the wonderful resources we have without the emissions. This is definitely possible.!

    3. @Vegan Carnivore Trump signed a bit of paper with little to no legal force, it would have spent years in court, assuming he had won, it was still doomed to die in court. And as for “narrowly”? Are you kidding me? Did Trump not lose to the exact same numbers of college seats that he himself once described as a “landslide”? While landslide is an overstatement, Trump’s loss was not narrow. Don’t fool yourself just because you don’t agree with the other side, or you are doomed to go down in flames, just like Trump.

  5. Pretty rich to have the “let the eastern bastasrds freeze in the dark “ types now demanding that all of Canada support them in a trade war

  6. Stop being a baby everytime something goes wrong Kenny, take accountability for being a bad gambler of a premier. You can’t put everything on the line on one thing (pipeline) and cry when you lose it. You should have planned it better.

  7. if Alberta hadn’t wasted its money investing in a dying industry to save 35 permanent jobs, and instead invested in new energy technologies they wouldn’t be in this mess

    1. This sentence sums up the entire argument and should put an end to all further discussions of investing into this archaic pollution machine of an industry

    2. @D U and what have you invented to replace the 100 million barrels per day of oil consumed globally and 4 million trillion cubic feet of natural gas consumed annually?

  8. Kenney telling anyone to stand up for themselves while he, himself hides in the corner like a little weasel, is laughable

  9. Premiere who is 100% relying on Alberta oil for re-election is crying about pipeline cancellation. Surprised?
