‘Karma is a cruel thing’: Zelensky adviser on blasts in Russia

An adviser to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky made cryptic references to reports of overnight explosions in regions of Russia bordering Ukraine. Myhailo Podolyak said that "the Belgorod, Voronezh, and Kursk regions are now also beginning to actively study such a concept as 'demilitarization.'" It comes after blasts were heard in three Russian regions bordering Ukraine, local authorities and Russian state media reported. #CNN #News

  1. Ukraine should be very proud of their population and leadership. This is what real leadership in these times looks like

    1. Vlsd Puscasu:
They think they fight against 30 countries, but it is just Ukraine they fighting against.
It guess it must feel like fighting against 30 counties to Russia when fighting against Ukraine.

    2. This is a good leader, defending he’s own country,with he’s people,with their rights.I stand of Ukraine😊

  2. Ukraine has the right to defend itself. It’s not the aggressor. If Russia doesn’t like it, stop your illegal war.

    1. @jonathan adderly The problem with a lot of theorists is that they lose touch with basic common sense principles. They convolute the simple truth in an effort to mesmerise the vulnerable with their selective reasonings and long drawn bows of what turns out to be nonsense.

    2. @jonathan adderly the war has only been a month, even if they took severe casualties they haven’t tapped out yet, simple. They know war is brutal and they chose to stay. Also, unlike most wars it’s a small country vs big country BUT small country has WORLD support. So it’s a bit different

    1. Yep we do love them, they are real people who suffered so much loss and trauma. The World is with you, the World will boost your tourism, because we need to see your country after all this illegal acts against a people are just protecting their own. Stay Strong and protect, the world has finally acted.

    1. The “Long Arm” Seems To Not Reach Very Far! Certainly Does Not Appear Able To Extend As Far As The Middle East!

    2. @Jasmine Bali NATO doesn’t need to extend anywhere. It’s right there where it needs to be and why it was originally founded. There‘s just no use for it at the moment because Ukraine isn’t a NATO member. And as we see it’s enough to just support the Ukrainians with material. We can keep this up forever but Putin can’t. Simple as that.

  3. I think the advisor to Zelensky may have cracked a smile for just a brief moment. Good for him.

  4. At last they’ve realized that attack is the best form of defence. The Ukranians have no need to explain or apologize for anything perpetrated on the Russians.

    1. Attack is the best form of attack. Defense is the best form of defense. Deliberately confusing them is poor military strategy. But I liked yr comment anyway. This is the second Russian oil depot that Ukraine has deNazified.

  5. I admire Ukraine’s people and the leaders and the professionalism, lets be clear about this they did not ask for this war its one man in Russia who implemented this war. I’m sure that when all the Russian people know all the facts they will be horrified about what has gone on in Ukraine the same as the rest of the world has been. Slava Ukraine from the UK God Bless.

    1. Amands Smith How Many Ukrainians Do You Know To Actually Speak To? People In GREAT Britain Are GREAT! Never Met Any Ukrainians In MY LIFE! SO Will NOT Be Virtue Signalling With Lots Of Emojis!

    1. No Karma is not cruel but it is just thing! It is just like “ what goe up , it will definitely comes down “. Hopefully what comes down will only will hit those who are responsible for this war…

  6. Fun fact: The Ukrainian actually said: “Karma is a b!tch”. But CNN has to put it in a more family friendly way.

  7. There seems to be a problem with this video…. I could only like it once!
Well done Ukraine and your advisors keep it up, fighting for all of Europe

  9. It is hard to say what caused these explosions. Maybe things exploded spontaneously as they did on Moskva warship. Or maybe it was a sabotage carried out by 20.000 angry russian mothers who have lost their sons in this pointless war. It’s a very complicated situation. Also the seas were rough that night.

    Slava Ukraini, heroyam slava! 🇺🇦

    1. Really?
Russian forces were able to take control of several towns and villages in eastern Ukraine on Wednesday as Russia’s offensive in the Donbas region escalates.

The Ukrainian military acknowledged the loss of territory in an operational update released on Wednesday.

    2. @Viktor Khramtsov hopefully what happened in Odessa will happen in Moscow and St Petersburg 🙂

  11. Russia: You attacked us on our own soil! And sank our Battleship!!!

Ukraine: All is fair in Love, War and “Special Military Operations.” Glory be Ukraine!!!!
