  2. It’s not unreasonable to suggest localized lockdown strategies before sweeping actions. But our reactive and incremental measures have to rise fast enough to the punch of the virus. That means shallow targets for numbers per regions and pessimistic, overshoot measures rising exponentially from each tier to the other rather than gradually. Hopefully provinces start firing back with effective bioethical situations boundaries instead of moderate ones, then blaming the scale and not the measures to justify one-size-fits-all methods.
