@Caesar Medina I feel your frustration. I don’t like how the prosecutor vetted the witnesses either. There was an illegal killing and it seems as if no one will pay any serious consequences. I’m guessing, and I certainly could be wrong, that the prosecutor had no idea that the medic was going to claim he killed the prisoner until after he had immunity and the trial had started. It sounds like a cover-up. Life’s not fair.

They were convicted by a military tribunal. A Mickey mouse judiciary created by the military for the military to let stupid people (you) think justice was served. If this was an internationally recognized court like the ICJ at the Hague they would have swung for raping torturing and murdering dozens of detainees. But instead they got fines and 2 went to prison for less than 6 years. Small price to pay for all that oil. But I do commend your spelling your entire comment correctly. Must’ve been painful.
