He will still go to jail for all three charges. His lawyer will try various tactics: Maxine, the judge blah blah. It will fail. That video evidence is damning.
What I don’t understand is why do these police officers behave this way KNOWING it is being captured on bodycams? It’s not like this was a hidden camera!

First I wanna say that Other Judges will be really Reluctant to overturn another Judges Decision and the same goes for Jury if they decide a Certain Fate the Jury is the most important element to the justice system it is your peers. No one would want to go against their decision either. In 6 Months Administration will eventually take him off of PC and tell him he needs to socialize for his mental health then they will give him an option to write a request slip to ask to stay in segregation on PC. He will be let out his cell twice a day to shower or rec and for 2 hours a day. He will be in Seg with all inmates who are sent to the Hole and have mental issues suicidal issues and affiliation issues or drug contraband. There is like 5 statuses in Segregation.
GIVE CHAUVIN 70 YEARS PLEASE!
Minimum sentence will be given…12 years…He will be out in 6 years if he doesn’t get an appeal.

My heart is heavy and America we have no choice but to change call your Senators and press for the George Floyd Policing Act to be passed.
When justice is seen to be done even handedly the nation will no longer be sitting on a knife edge with every decision. Justice reform now is the key.
