I think the correspondent misspoke when he described the current stage as “jury deliberation”; I think he intended to say “jury selection”.
I think he said jury questioning which is part of the jury selection process. The jury deliberates at the end of the trial.
Let the whole world be the Jury. We saw the truth with our own eyes.
Is that why the Floyd family’s attorney paid for a private autopsy report after he learned that the medical examiner’s report didn’t fit the narrative? Chauvin will be acquitted.
@KCBOBX The first autopsy was by the police commission. Are you implying they didn’t have the right to be suspicious of that? Given the police will always protect their own? Also, wrong, the first report still said it was a homicide. You have no clue what you’re talking about lmao. @katina s johnson-jones I mean we don’t know why he had his knee on his neck and why for so long. We just know a few things for certain, and that is this guy was seriously drugged up and said he cannot breathe before any of that happened. We also see ZERO evidence this had anything to do with race. We also know knee on neck is a police protocol. I think the cops should have called an ambulance right away, but they couldn’t have known for certain he overdosed. He didn’t collapse or anything. They should have taken a minute to just determine if this guy needed an ambulance though.

@Jeremy S. He knelt on his neck for 9 minutes. At one point, there were 4 cops exerting pressure on his neck, head and torso. I have asthma and were that to happen to me I would likely suffer a cardiac event. That would be the case with anyone with COPD, high blood pressure, heart disease, or being COVID-19 positive and George had 3 of those diagnoses. I work around addiction; I have seen death by overdose. George’s death was not how an overdose looks; that was a medical emergency induced by force. Those officers brutally abused their power. The 9 minutes of neck compression sent George to his grave. Chauvin needs to be severely punished and made an example of.
What are the hate crimes minima for that state? derek chauvin deserves for every possible charge to be levied. They should treat him as they would if he were Black.
If they treated him as though he were black, he would have already been shot dead.

@CommaCam the cop performed his job poorly, very poorly. The job as a cop for a long time has not been a desirable so one would think that the people filling these positions might not be the most desired applicants.

@Heather Melissa Floyd died in the back of a ambulance of a Fentanyl overdose. The bag of fentanyl bursted in his mouth while he was resisting police and hiding the drugs.
