He pays the fine, or ends up under house arrest, and America doesn’t come to an end, life moves on, but the rule of law stays intact.

Let Donnie have his day in court like anyone brought up on charges. If innocent by jury, fine, if not he can go to jail like everyone else. That’s how American law works.
