Pompeo, Barr , Mnuchin and Mc Connell, to tell them he is resigning. One of his staff will call and deliver a letter to Pelosi. About 3 am Trump then calls Biden to concede. Democrats will be so busy celebrating, they won’t hear, ” Oh by the way I resigned, Mike will be handing it all over to you on Jan. 20. ” Trump leaves. Pence is now President, and issues a ” no arrest ” order. Pompeo makes sure he is out of the country, and gets to where he wants. Barr makes sure nothing happens with the Justice Dept. Mnuchin tells his Secret Service detail, as they are Treasury agents, to stand down, and directs IRS personnel, for any issues, which have already been handled, as far as changing names of owners, etc.
@Terry Williams The key here is , if Biden is the clear winner, have everybody and everything set up, speed, and surprising all the Democrats. They will either be in bed, or at at Biden win parties, and not even notice the Donald is gone. And wake up to a few surprises. Trump will have a safe house, millions in secret accounts, and the government where he is doesn’t take US subpoenas or court orders.

When he declared a national emergency and sat back and did not follow the law on what you do in a national emergency he took fault for everything that happened and is still happening. You cannot say it is a national emergency and then tell the States to fend for themselves; that is not what a national emergency program does. It makes sure that everything is taken care of and everyone has what they need until the emergency is over. For instance, the fires in California have been declared a state and national emergency; therefore, funds will be sent to assist California in this emergency or are supposed to be sent. However, Trump may not follow protocol and try to blackmail Newsom by saying you can get this money if you do this for me. I think the latter is probably will be the scenario. After all we have a crook in the Oval.
