Imagine a female said you touched her, well it’s not your job duty to prove you didn’t touched her because how do prove something that you have no idea about dummy😀, in this case it should be the lady duty to prove beyond reasonable doubt that you touched her; maybe finger prints, DNA, video records, ect.

Base on the video and voice note Kartel sentence is correct if he was in the US 🇺🇸 he would’ve been found guilty as well there was enough circumstantial evidence that points directly to him….no comparison!!! Both guilty one went to trial and the other took a plea.
