With everything that’s happening Island wide… the flooding, COVID19, the escalation of gun and violent crime, flu season, the impending economic recession etc I cant understand how this could be a current topic! I think this should be put on the back burner for now (maybe 2023) as there are several way more important issues on the table.
Portmore to dependent not ready
You can get all those building u talking about with in 2 years if land space there n money from the government backing
Kingston and St Andrew would need to charge daily fee for all who enter to work or use it’s facilities untill they PORTMORE can provide the aforementioned.
What???…………..Portmore is not even a City not to mention a Parish….lets get real and stop wasting valuable time……….Portmore is just a Waterfront Development reclaimed from dredging in the Parish of St. Catherine…….at most in qualifies for at present is a Township….if that??
