Low marriage age (even at 9) was not frowned upon in that era. Even in this day and age some countries, including in Europe, have marriage age of 14 (even lower in some) for girls. Google ‘youngest marriage age world index’. Also check how it was like in Victorian era and before that. Forget that, even in this day and age it goes on. I hear more often of people who (statistically speaking) are almost guaranteed to be Christians going into synagogues and mosques, murdering Jews and Muslims alike. It’s just another stupid holy war, and it’s absurd to watch from the outside. Just like most Christians in the US, most Muslims don’t follow the violent suggestions in their holy books. Every religion has radicals.
Just saying, people should be judged based on their personal merits, not on what fairy tale they believe about death.
