    1. @Donnie Caldwell lmao he could be a convicted child predator it literally doesn’t matter if he was unarmed and murdered, those cops deserve to rot in prison. He still had rights.

    2. @Daniel Kissner Youre using the words “rights” very loosely. It doesnt allow you to do whatever the F*&* you wanna do and not have any retaliatory efforts to stop u. People like you would still justify a POC robbing a bank while fondling a child mid day while waving a gun and as soon as hes stopped, u will start screaming “whyd they have to shoot him? He wasnt pointing the gun AT the officer!”

    1. @LotWizzard for starters there’s not just one Union, there’s many unions and just like workers have a right to establish unions, police officers are also workers and have that same right. Qualified Immunity is in place to prevent officers and government officials as a whole from being sued for ridiculous reasons like how loss prevention agents and security guards have been in the past, hence why most LP agents and security guards will not and cannot detain anyone for anything due to the risk of them and their companies being sued or charged. Imprisonment for wrong doings is an obvious standard that should be met so I’m not gonna counter that.

    2. @LotWizzard lol I’m getting into the EMT field actually. I just look into facts and reality of situations unlike some people. For your reference also, there have been attempts at impacting police unions in the past and they have fallen short every time so if you have a logical approach to that idea of demolishing the police Union that government leaders haven’t thought of already I’d love to hear it.

    3. @King Thirst when an error results in the death of an individual, more of the blame is placed on the officer when they are usually supposed to protect the person so as to have a court judge them. The main issue is that they go into these neighborhoods without any knowledge of the people. When people say defund the police, they mean allocate resources for other areas that aren’t prioritized. For example, a police department has a much use of a tank as a firefighter needs a flamethrower. I don’t have a law enforcement background, I will never understand the response or situations they go through every day. But, the many people who are in law enforcement who have been in these situations know this, that some police just aren’t in the right head space when they do their job. The thing with abolishing the police is that it would put the focus on community, it’s the same argument for the border wall. Both instances ask people how life was before and after the inception of both concepts. And if returning to life before the concepts will make life easier or worse. Not to mention the good officers who know the bad officers and don’t say anything. If a suspect is fleeing, it’s not a high risk situation when you shoot them even though they aren’t shooting back nor present an immediate threat. Today’s police have so many tools that are available and yet aren’t made available to them, there’s the BolaWrap, a device that wraps around a suspect to immobilize them and the Grappler, a device that wraps the cars wheel up to immobilize the vehicle. And sure they are new technologies but again, the militarization of our police is unnecessary if we are trying to preserve life. All of that is to say, we must root out the bad cops from the good ones. If we don’t, then society will look at abolishing the police as an end all, be all, solution.

  1. Just Release the Full body Cam Video of all officers from the time they stepped out of the police cruiser upto the shooting! BE Transparent ! Let the folks see

    1. @DriveInFreak no, i’m all about staying on topic. Until blk lives start mattering to blks, they do not matter to me!! Hows that for staying on point?

    2. @Isabelle Cortez 😂😂😂😂….alright CORTEZ… you’re going to have a real rude awakening one day LOL because they don’t like you either! LOL!!! CORTEZ😂😂😂💀 you’re dismissed have a good day

    3. @Isabelle Cortez psalms 105:38, ” the Egyptians were glad when they departed for the fear of them fell upon them.” We are HIS Chosen, we sinned against HIM. Therefore our people are being punished first for our iniquities. You are next!

    4. @Isabelle Cortez “If these people don’t constantly put them in the position to react, then they would have nothing to worry about.”
      That works both ways.

  2. Was there ever any question that he was killed because the cops shot him while he was trying to evade them?

    1. @Salty Cracka Very true. I just don’t get why this was played up as some kind of revelation when it was already known days ago that he was shot multiple times while in his car trying to get away from the police. It’ll be interesting to see whether or not the bodycam footage reveals that the circumstances justified deadly force.

    2. @Jim Jones when and where and under what circumstances did his adventurous journey begin, and where was that rascal headed to?

  3. Put on a uniform for a month work with the police you want to complain your turn to patrol the streets .

  4. “A podium and a prison is each a place, one high and the other low, but in either place your freedom of choice can be maintained if you so wish.” — EPICTETUS

    1. @ThePinkBinks Each individual opportunity will have fewer or more options for sure, but the previous choices that you made led you to where you are. The freedom of choices will steer your path to the next freedom of choice.

    2. @ThePinkBinks The odds of your starting place are irrelevant, you have the freedom of choice to be an honest individual and will most likely not have to be in that situation. Depending the choices that you make will alter the probability of being in a situation like this or completely avoiding it. You are the captain of your own ship and attributing to your outcomes to anything but yourself is dishonest. You cannot control external factors but only internal, like freedom of choice.

  5. It’s been long enough. They’ve had plenty of time to redacted anything that the public can’t see. They need to release the video.

    1. @Reason not necessarily so if there’s a state of federal investigation on said shooting going on.

    2. @Channel Zero One No its not, it has not been released to anyone yet. If you think so, give us all a link.

  6. They only showed the family 20 seconds of footage for a reason. Release the full interaction so we can see what actually happened

    1. ⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻ says:

@Eric Winnick he could have done something that lead up to this in those few seconds

    2. Well, if you want more than 20 seconds, you need to wait. Eight different perspectives. EIGHT. They have to sift through eight bodycams and then edit out anything they deem necessary. After that, they meed to upload them and then it’s fine but even then, if they already did that, the judge needs to grant approval for the release of the footage

    3. ⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻ says:

@ruru they need to upload all the body cams of each officer

    4. @Anonymous Person Less than 3 minutes of footage takes days to sift through? LMAO. I understand they need to investigate and a judge might need to approve the release idk the laws in NC but that was such a dumb take.

  7. “My dad tried to run away from the cops to save his own life!”

    Sounds like a real genius…

    1. @Chavvy: Yep…

I’m SURE the cops just started BLASTING AWAY for NO REASON, then he put his keys in the ignition, started the car, put it in gear, and started driving off…

How about this: NEITHER ONE OF US has seen the video, so how about we wait until we HAVE?

    2. @Goosey Goose This is just a matter of protecting the public from a meth fueled fugitive speeding on public streets in a two ton weapon.

If you run from police with a 180 page / 30+ yr. wrap sheet like him, you can absolutely count on the police shooting at you regardless of your skin color.

If Brown wouldn’t have run he would be alive today and about to serve 15 to life in prison.

  8. this is cute and all but we just need the body camera . we have eyes and we will decide how to interpret it .

  9. At this point, just start releasing body cam videos!!! So we the people can see what REALLY happened!!

  10. So he has his hands on steering wheel, gets shot 4 times, tries to leave and then gets shot in the back of the head??? WTF

    1. @DriveInFreak No.. Just a matter of protecting the public from a meth fueled fugitive speeding on public streets in a two ton vehicle.

If you run from police with a 30+ yr. wrap sheet like him, you can count on the police shooting at you regardless of your skin color.

If Brown wouldn’t have run he would be alive today and about to serve 10-15 years in prison.

  11. Courage, Pride, Honesty, and Love ..Must prevail! ..if we are to recover and heal, from ..Our Broken Society! My Prayers and condolences go out to Mr. Brown, his family and loved ones, during their time of grief and mourning.
And, may God grant us the wisdom and discernment, to get it right, this time! Hope, may be all we have, but its’ enough, ..to let God in! ♥️🙏🏼🇺🇸

    1. What about the families he destroyed by peddling drugs to their kids? Any prayers and condolences for those families, or did they have it coming??

    2. @Brother Love Two wrongs will never be right, nobody should be above the law of the land, and by the way nobody unarmed should die in police custody nobody.

    3. @raised rungs agility ladder. Okay.. So
just let him drive away? It was a matter of protecting the public from a meth fueled fugitive speeding on public streets in a two ton vehicle. If police didn’t act and others were hurt or killed.. police would be blamed for that too.

If you run from police with a 30+ yr. wrap sheet like this criminal, you can count on the police shooting at you regardless of your skin color.

If Brown wouldn’t have run he would be alive today and about to be sentenced to 10-15 years in prison min.

I appluad the NCPD for protecting the public. And yes I agree Sharon, ‘hopefully they get it right this time’.

It’s not a matter of race, it’s a matter of keeping our streets safe. The fact he is black is circumstantial.

  12. said Jesus unto him, Put up again thy sword into his place: for all they that take the sword shall perish with the sword
