No I did not vote for trump. He absolutely killed manufacturing in this country even before the pandemic. He started trade wars and put tariffs on imported materials we use (steel, aluminum, etc.)

They will not be more vaccines than people by April or May. This guy is totally wrong. He needs to back up sweeping statements like this, because by everyone else’s account, he is wildly inaccurate.
The people who need them can’t get them.
No one wants to be the last one killed in a war. Or a pandemic.

Another good reason to not let your guard down right now is to not let it mutate more or everything we’ve done to this point to will be moot.
Not only that, but we also have to be wary and vigilant of people getting careless and doing stupid things that get them sick in the first place, because they need to take the virus and the vaccines very seriously, like most of us are trying to do.

It’s not the time to get complacent, we must not drop our guard for one second. We still have a long way to go because of complacency and apathy. There is a light at the end of the tunne, but we’re still in the tunnel. If we drop our guard and let the virus continue to spread and thereby continue to mutate rapidly
all of our hard work and herd immunity goes right out the window.
We’re already working from behind and it’s very difficult to make up lost ground, and you certainly cannot make up for lost lives. How many more times will the virus mutate between now the end of June and in what ways will it change. The possibility of becoming even more deadly and resistant to the vaccine grows every time it mutates.
“… ‘More (Covid) Vaccines Than People In U.S.,’ ” motivate us, the people of America, to redouble our efforts to rapidly find out at any given moment, including even while On-Line, who among us are unwittingly contagious (i.e. pre-symptomatic or asymptomatic) in order to #ConvinceItForward for them to call their doctor and to self-quarantine per CDC guidelines in hopes of stopping this pandemic instead of having more #MourningInAmerica (per #LincolnProject). Thus, we’re hoping for the best while preparing for the worse-case scenario of the #UKvariant strain(s) mutations and others like the South African, Brazilian, Californian & #Cluster5Mink mutations rendering current vaccines no longer effective.
One thing that we should be concerned about, especially when we get to open season for vaccinations, is vaccine hesitancy. Particularly in communities of color.

If you do not want to get a vaccine, wear a mask, get a vaccine, social distance, or wash your hands, no problem, just do not go to the hospital when you catch it. You get to decide what makes sense, the end result is the same. Everyone will catch it, there will be herd immunity, those that followed the rules will have fewer problems and deserve medical care if they need it.

My mother in law is 90 and has both already. In fact I don’t know anyone over 75 who hasn’t had theirs yet.
