  1. Lol do you think the usa gonna tell the top companies to take the rap music down lol your joking, jamaica seem to be still living in the 80s

  2. I’m not saying that dancehall doesn’t influence certain negative activities, but why are these so called intelligent people blaming the music for their errors.

  3. I believe standards should be set. While these violent music dont create crime, they help create and boost the criminal minds based on my experience of young extortionists at a taxi stand that I use to frequent. They would play these violent music to help motivate them in their criminal behaviour. While there are other factors like missing fathers, poor parenting, etc. This ban is necessary to help send a message and leave our general airwaves far less toxic.

  4. My father Bobby Ghisays while at JBC censored songs on radio from the 70s it seemed to have stopped and I am glade there seems to be something being done to stop the promotion of violence especially to be stopped being promoted through music especially.

  5. Not just the songs ,find them the Radio Station. ,These so call Entertainer need to lorne how to write and put lyric in a content even use phrase or saying that don’t have a bad tast, meaning the the lyrics are there but it leave up to your imagination and interpitation for example Bob Marley have a well written song title I Shot The Sheriff, there is a meaning to it and story lines the song become a international hit cover by Eric Clapton every one thing Eric wrote the song , Jamaican need to sit back and mediate and write song listen to the Drclaration by The Abyssinianns

  6. So Dionne is being disingenuous. She is well aware that you can’t say whatever you want on Instagram, Twitter , Youtube. Instagram for example is highly regulated. The least thing Instagram slams you for saying certain things

  7. Well done… Nxt move ban any explicit stuff om public tv such as LGBTQ kissing etc… Kids stories keep the innocent plz
