I am all for regulations for safety reasons but these same people who clamor for regulations are the same people who block the regular vendors and other folks from the tourists so they can’t make a money. For over 2+ years now. What do you expect? Everyone who gets on the raft does it at their own risk.

The government really needs to monitor and regulate this industry. How can some rafters be paying licensing and registration fees while others are just hustling for 100% profits. Maybe they need a big accident to happen and a foreigner files a big lawsuit before changes take place. It’s high time we stamp out lawlessness and indiscipline in this country – industry by industry!
