ThatsSOJohn These red flag laws would strip people of their rights without due process. They are blatantly unconstitutional. Additionally, since the FBI now deems “conspiracy theorists” as domestic terror threats (even though the FBI has pushed the debunked Russia Conspiracy for 3+ years), anyone that a judge believes is a conspiracy theorist can be targeted by these terrible red flag laws.

Ban ammo or highly restrict it and increase regulations over materials to create gunpowder.

How does one know what works or what doesn’t work if they don’t put it to test. Why not ban military type assault weapons for a agreed upon period of time? Less mass murders, make it permanent or visa versa.
“Assault weapons” were banned between 1994 – 2004 there was no appreciable difference in gun violence.

Congrats one shooter while violating millions of rights. Red flag laws first and foremost break the most sacred part of the justice system, the presumption of innocence. Implement these laws, you have their by destroyed one of the foundations our country was built on. America is no longer America at that point, which is what you along.
