  1. Darrell Brooks : Nobody will have a more crazy defense than me.

Bryan Kohberger : I’m going to do a Pro-Gamer move.

  2. Skeptics before : “Maybe he didn’t do it.”

Skeptics now : “How soon is the execution?”

  3. Unusually good reporting. Good explanations of possible reasons for this behavior. Please note I am not making comment on the accused, his behavior, his guilt or innocense, or any aspect of the events leading up to today.

    1. it depends, it often has to do with restitution in minor cases, you plead guilty and get a lesser penalty while the victim does get some restitution without everyone throwing the dices and having to go thru the whole process.

  4. Not answering means no contest which is saying I know I’m guilty but I don’t want to say I am guilty.

  5. Innocent until proven guilty. The onus is on the prosecution to present their evidence and make their case. It’s the fundamental pillar of our justice system. You can hate the crime, but don’t jump to conclusions until the trial is concluded.

  6. If you are innocent, you would say so. Doesn’t want to die? Neither did four college kids. If he did it..death penalty.

  7. What do you except him to say with that masterpiece of setting someone up with weird follow up foolds of findings?! He understands the situation. If he opens his mouth the ridiculous psychoanalysis will hit the fan. It’s sad.The murderers (not one person, impossible) are out there free. Each time I tell to myself “don’t be biased and review from the scratch” I end up in the same place: local law enforcement.
The roommate hadn’t heard anything life threatening because it was not the crime scene, and setting up a crime scene makes little to no nosie. If the story constantly changes and it’s taken seriously it means a lot.

  8. Judge asks ‘How do you plead’ … silence is the response. Judge says ‘Therefore this court finds you guilty’ draws a gun from the desk, shoots serial killer … nobody cares. – News at 11. GOD Bless Everyone ❤ GOD Bless Everyone

  9. No possibility when there is DNA, and satellites that can probably count his skin mites. Idk, but as long as he is safe and can’t be a greater liability to the devastation he has put people through in this life. Their grievances should be the only part monitortized… for vigilance interruption task forces in the next thousand years to come. A minority report movie realization posibilty. 10. If he is found guilt perhaps a firing squad sentence is fitting for him. GOD Bless Everyone ❤ GOD Bless Everyone

  11. I know nothing about the laws of Idaho. If there’s 28-year-old man get a crime, and he hast to pay the penalty whether it’s prison or The death penalty. There are people willing to write books about these high profile crimes. unfortunately, the crime was already placed at the foot of other people before this man was arrested. And social media did not help. There are people. Who accused and named some I thought were guilty. Right now there are too many other things allegedly. Being attributed the people such as somebody reporting the sister supposedly saying, the family thought he was guilty. There is no interview with that sister. There doesn’t seem to be a source for that piece of so-called news. I know that the families of the victims want to be in court every day of any part of the trial. The four young people can never be brought back unfortunately. How about the two other young ladies who lived in that same rental house one of them saw somebody in the house. Well, she ever feel safe again?
