@ZiBRA Counselling Solutions If you actually watch the FULL video, you will see that something is not right with the guy (Saying he was speeding because he has to get to the end of the video game, etc.)
The cop calls for another car to the scene because the guy needed to be assessed, possibly for driving under the influence… the cop says when the other car shows up that there was a couple of struggles, he tried getting into the drivers seat of the patrol car a couple of times, had been pepper sprayed, and the guy had gone for the officer’s gun… In that case, where a guy grabs an officers gun, and it’s a “Me or Him” situation, regardless of race, I’m on the side of the cops!
Would there be as much outrage of this if the guy had gotten the officer’s gun and shot the officer with it, probably not, it would just be another statistic… But because the cop shot the guy, this is being blown up now.
Note: this happened a week before George Floyd’s death… The guy had a number of run-ins with the cops in the hours leading up to this incident in which every officer was friendly and helpful to him (pulled over for speeding, helped with his car trouble, etc)
