I don’t know about other parts of Canada but the TTC sucks.
That’s why as a former Torontonian, I refuse to take the TTC unless I really needed to.
TTC means Toronto Transit Commission but don’t let that acronym fool you.
Most true Torontonian knows TTC stands for Take The Car.
Disagree. I wouldn’t exactly call it perfect but neither would I describe it like you have. It has it’s pros and cons. The cons I’d say are mostly a cultural thing, like putting their feet in the seats people have to sit in and dogs in the seats. Also, I’m pretty sure Bell lived there for a while.
The whole a Jamaica need a change, but changes is going to come no time soon too much corruption,
Hospital run-down , not enough beds or equipment, staff them rude and no one being held accountable
Transportation in Jamaica is garbage, need more busses and lesser taxi ,and better roads
All I know Jamaica should not look to the MTA for any inspiration. It’s so expensive, dirty, delays and unsafe.

I never understood the fascination with paris. i guess people cant hold hands anywhere else while walking and sipping coffee. The power of marketing and dumb people. I live in florida by the beach and on the inter-coastal and people for some reason think I should spend money to go to another country to sit by the beach and enjoy the hot sun and the dirty pool when I am at the beach everyday for free.
Like you said, marketing. The power of marketing is REAL. Ask De Beers and Apple bout it.
