Just saying. I just believe racism is being blown up to be a much bigger problem in our country than it actually is. Thats it. Its what I see. I thought that was pretty cool actually but I did hate country music back then. 😆 It just showed me the lack of lines with color/ethnicity and music and that was like 15 years ago. To believe all of a sudden people became racist because of Trump…well that’s just ridiculous.

The Whistle Blower is the 911 caller that heard about a crime in progress. We have a confession and over a dozen of credible witnesses including several with first hand knowledge. Then there are the 4 huge Trump Supporters Giuliani, Bolton, Mulvaney and Pompeo who also have first hand knowledge but are being blocked from testifying. Moscow Mitch and Lindsey “The Golf Caddy” Graham are fighting hard to have a speedy trial with no witnesses or documents. What can possibly be so scary that the Republicans will fight that hard to not even allow Trump’s biggest supporters to testify under oath? Could it be the TRUTH?
Ingrid Malik-Connor those rights may not apply here since it’s a quasi judicial process to satisfy procedural and substantive due process in the taking of a public officials property interest. Public officials that can be fired for cause are only entitled to notice, a pre-termination opportunity to respond, and subsequent evidentiary hearing. All of which would be met once the senate hearing commences.
If he were tried in an article III court for a criminal matter he would likely receive those rights under the Fifth and Sixth Amendments, and if it were a state criminal matter the Fourteenth Amendment would apply these guarantees to the state. But it’s a federal senate hearing, so…it’s not likely.

A person who commits treason is known in law as a traitor In law, treason is criminal disloyalty, typically to the state. It is a crime that covers some of the more extreme acts against one’s nation or sovereign.

A well-designed political system would not be walking articles of impeachment over to the criminal controlled senate, it would be escorting all the criminals, including Trump, to their prison cells before they can further endanger the future of the country. There are lessons to be learnt here – and if they aren’t learnt there will be a high price to pay.

Nothing brought this home like the first Democrat Debate where they were asked to raise their hands on who would give illegal immigrants free healthcare and all of them raised their hands.
I know it’s hard but the fact is paying for regular citizens healthcare is a task that would be hard enough without adding between 12-20 million more people (assuming those figures are correct as that was the last assessment of how many illegals are in the US) that would cost 100’s of billions more in taxes to the already trillions of dollars they want to spend on “free” healthcare.
