The concept of infrastructure changes with the advance of technology. Before automobiles, it didn’t include accommodations for automobiles; now it does. Same with broadband and other emerging technologies.
There should be affordable housing for every American not just a certain group we our all in Need at some point in our lives and most of the time we have no control over the circumstances
