  1. Trump claims that he is still the President but can’t be impeached because he’s not in office…is this multiple choice ?
What is his plea. Guilty or Loser ?

    1. @William H Music 2021 By ‘everybody’, you mean, ‘our least educated that continues to fall for debunked conspiracy theories and right-wing propaganda…’

No one ever accused Trump supporters of being smart, or of average intellect for that matter.

    1. @Matt Oare you a total rube? Maybe you should try and leave the trailer park once in a while. So a billionaire who owns who knows how many properties never paid taxes? Are you really claiming that? I guess stupidly comes in all shapes and sizes, so you must be a big fatty

    2. @JENN PSUKI it’s called an objective argument and no it’s not of the realm of possibility that a wealthy individual would dabble in a little tax fraud. In fact it’s a pretty frequent occurance and one of most prosecuted federal crimes. How dense are you? Judging by your poor grammer and limited vocabulary I think you’re the one that needs to get out of the trailer park kiddo. Let me also assure you that you completely lack the substance and measure needed to insult me, so don’t project your insecurities and inadequacies onto me sweetheart.

    3. @JENN PSUKI again how do you know if Trump paid millions in taxes? Have you seen his tax returns? You’re making assumptions based off your emotions but your feelings don’t constitute as fact kiddo. You don’t actually know if Trump paid his taxes just as I don’t because that information hasn’t been made public. Why don’t you lay out a fact based, objective, and defensible argument to make your case instead of resorting to childish insults? Are you capable of that? Trump has been investigated and found liable for fraud in multiple court cases. That means there is judicially documented and verified evidence that supports the fact that Trump regularly engages in and facilitates fraudulent activity. So it’s a pretty logical conclusion to draw that some of Trump’s fraudulent activity would involve tax fraud.

    4. @Matt O now you’re trying to walk back the tax fraud thing, huh. I’m writing on a phone, so you think I care what some loser nobody like yourself thinks? Remember, you responded to me, not the other way around😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

    5. @JENN PSUKI I responded to you because you claimed Trump wasn’t under investigation even though Trump is involved in multiple investigations from multiple agencies for financial crimes and tax crimes. There wouldn’t be all these investigations if there wasn’t credible evidence to give rise to suspicion of the commission of crimes by Trump. That seems to be the part you either can’t understand or won’t allow yourself to accept.

    1. More Republicans than any other time in history voted for the opposing party. I’m not sure what is annoying cult45 more, that, or that only now are they realising they voted for a fool who believes windmills cause cancer, nukes stop hurricanes, a well around Mexico needs to be more than 3 miles long or that they voted for a tantrum-throwing dictator who fired anyone who refused to break the law and do his bidding, while simultaneously letting millions of Americans get infected while he did nothing about it other than suggesting disinfectant and play golf. It could have been worse, America might have got a leader who was not only an autocrat, they also were intelligent and they’d have got re-elected.

    1. @JENN PSUKI you can’t be THAT stupid. Michael Cohen, individual two, went to prison for crimes he committed at the direction of individual one.
Really, if we have to spell out everything for you, maybe you’re not ready for the internet yet. Maybe start off with an etch-a-sketch.

    2. @Darrin Fry maybe you should take off your drool bucket 🤤 , Michale Cohen went to Club Fed because he plead guilty to tax invasion, campaign finance law violations and lying to a Senate Committee . Boy you are dumb

    3. @JENN PSUKI there is no such thing as tax invasion. You should really proof read before attempting to insult someone else’s intelligence especially since you can’t even articulate an argument above a 4th grade level. Like it or not Darrin Fry is 100% correct in depiction of events.

  2. If the GOP still cannot see the danger Donald Trump presents, then God help America, because they will need it.

  3. Americans deserve justice, the Construction deserves justice, and the fallen police officer also, no matter what the GOP thinks.

    1. Fallen officer deserves justice from the person or persons who killed him. Trump never said anything, he said peacefully protest, look it up putz boy

    2. @JENN PSUKI you are a disgusting person who uses a disabled person’s photo as your yt account photo. Where were you Jan 6?

    1. Take it from an atheist — People believe all sorts of wackadoodle sh_t, and have been doing so for thousands of years. It must be part of human nature…

    1. but sadly, even if trump were to be convicted, nothing would happen to him. NOTHING.
and trumplicans, why keep a person who is blackmailing you in a position to CONTINUE BLACKMAILING YOU?

    1. A few years ago I tried that argument to get out of a couple of minor driving offences, all I got was a nice try, pay up or no renewal of license. Every once in a while a long shot does come through, not this time though 😊

    2. What about the part where you can’t drive because you broke your neck in an accident which is why you sold it for scrap. Now you decide to sue the manufacturer for selling you a dangerous vehicle.

  4. Mr Trump started with violence – and ended with violence – having encouraged it for 4 long years! He has blood on his hands – as do all of the GOP.

    1. @benjaminwayneb I fought for this country, what did you do hide in mommies basement? I supported multiple Presidents of both parties. Didi you ? You’re the traitor. We can meet up sometime, I’d like to see you insult me to my face Keyboard Commando

  5. he was the sitting president when he committed the act of treason must be held accountable as well as his co-conspirators for their part in their crimes.

    1. Just like an accused criminal would be when their period of bail ends on their trial date. It is the date of and the crime itself not the time elapsed to the trial, that matters. No one should be above the law, especially those who violate their oath to the US constitution as Trump & co did on Jan 6th.

    2. Trump should be prevented from ever holding office again. However, the Senate is so afraid of Trump ( rightly in a way, Trump is a cruel, vindictive man who demands absolute loyalty and has a cult) that they will acquit Trump out of fear for their own political lives.

    3. @Night Raid Rogue True. Are you naive enough to believe the Senate will convict him? Remember his statement about shooting someone on 5th Avenue and not losing any voters? He was right whether l agree or not. It is what it is.

  6. The Rally permit specifically stated there was to be no march to the Capitol. The group did not have a permit to march, so when Trump asked, them, urged them, cajoled them to march on the Capitol, he was breaking the law and violating the permit that had been issued. The fact that WH aids had discussed “the march” before Jan 6th meant that he had every intention of sending them to the Capitol despite the permit.

  7. It’s negligent in the fact that a President should know who he’s sending and if their were protesting permits, etc. So I believe he negligent at minimum.

  8. No matter what they decide, we all know he is guilty, he committed a treason in front of our eyes and ears and in history is already carved!

    1. Help to spread the facts that I’ve gathered below and it might stick!:
It’s not just the speech before but his actions during the riot that must be addressed as well, as follows: Can’t say this enough! By Encouraging the rioters, mid-riot, TRUMP EVEN FURTHER INCITED THE RIOTERS DURING THE RIOT by started his tweeted message reiterating the ‘stolen’ election lies!  (The text of the tweet is pasted below.) “I know your pain. I know you’re hurt. We had an election that was stolen from us. It was a landslide election, and everyone knows it, especially the other side, but you have to go home now. We have to have peace. We have to have law and order. We have to respect our great people in law and order. We don’t want anybody hurt. It’s a very tough period of time. There’s never been a time like this where such a thing happened, where they could take it away from all of us, from me, from you, from our country. This was a fraudulent election, but we can’t play into the hands of these people. We have to have peace. So go home. We love you. You’re very special. You’ve seen what happens. You see the way others are treated that are so bad and so evil. I know how you feel. But go home and go home at peace.”
Out of the roughly 160 words 100 we’re also we’re clearly supporting the reasons that they were rioting. A few lines that could be interpreted to quell the riots and would’ve been drowned out in all the noise and emotion already built up from years of preparation.
