The only reason republicans want it paid for with a gas tax is so they can point to the gas pump and say “see? We told you the democrats were going to raise the cost of gas”
These people have no clue how hard it is for people to make ends meet, and what $100 extra each month for getting to work will do to their already stretched budgets.

You can thank the republican party in Congress. This is why the southern red Republican states has the lowest paying jobs in America. Having the lowest paying jobs in America only benefits Corporate America does absolutely nothing for working class Americans. Biden and the Democratic party is trying to make our government work for the American people not Corporate America. Raise the minimum wage, voters rights, Healthcare, paid family leave, racial justice and infrastructure jobs!

She says she met with a “group of moms” in her district. Did she also meet with a group of dads??? Did it ever even occur to her to meet with the dads, that they might have things to say about how their sons are being raised and especially what they are being taught in today’s schools?
